The Courtyards began with founders Malcolm and Lou Street’s vision to create a residential community where seniors could find a place of secure belonging – with a neighborhood environment that was home to those that lived there and was a source of peace and encouragement to the resident’s families.

Today, The Courtyards is known by residents and their loved ones alike, as a caring community of neighbors. A special place where resident’s present needs are met, and where services can adapt to meet future needs without the disruptions that come as needs change. What began as a vision is now a reality for all that live at The Courtyards.

As the popularity of this concept for seniors grew, so did the need for additional expertise. Wayne and Misti Powell joined the Streets as Managing Partners and brought years of experience in senior living and resident care with them. With onsite owners and managers, facilities that are constantly maintained, and a staff that is dedicated to caring for its residents, The Courtyards is truly a special place.
